What do I need for a Quote?
In order to provide you with a realistic quote for your requirements, it is important that you provide us with plans or measurements. It is recommended that you visit our showroom to discuss the best materials and finishing for your project.
What type of edge finishes exist?
There are various type of edge finishes for different surfaces. Please choose your edge profiles at quotation stage. Some edges are more complex than others so they will differ in price and delivery period. We recommend choosing your style based on the character of the room and your own personal taste.
What is the next step after confirming quote?
Once your order has been placed, we will come on-site to take actual measurements (depending on project). We will then provide you with an updated quote. The revised quote should not be very different from our initial quote, given that the measurements or specs have not changed. All quotes are valid for 90 day period.
Should I be present during the on-site visit and installation?
Yes, it is extremely important that you are available during the on-site visit and during fitting in order to discuss any specific requirements.
How much deposit should be paid for confirmation of job?
We only start production once you have agreed on the final price and settled a 30% deposit. We request for a deposit since all jobs are tailor-made and once the material is manufactured for one job it cannot be utlised for another. Once production of the project has commenced we will not be able to issue a refund. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your material choice and finishes details prior to production commences. Final settlement should be made on day of installation.
